Company Milestones 29 Years

Greystone Financial Group LLC was founded in 1995 by Todd R. Moss and John Mullins as a traditional holistic financial planning and wealth management firm. While Mullins retired in 2015, the firm has not only continued with the same values and principles as when it first started but also has expanded their services and their reach, with offices now in Bloomfield Hills, Houston, Santa Monica and Virginia Beach.

Led today by Moss and Kristie Guadiano, who became partner in 2021, Greystone Financial Group strives to provide dynamic and progressive solutions for individuals, employers, employees, and institutions and to help their clients thrive at every stage of life. A July 2023 acquisition of a local Troy financial planning firm brought their assets to over $1 billion and growing.

Guadiano was named to Crain’s 2020 Notable Women in Finance. “Kristie has a reputation for being on the leading edge of her industry,” said Moss. Guadiano created the wealth management firm’s ERP division and has since grown it from the ground floor to roughly $200 million. “The commitment to our clients is engrained in everything we do,” she said. “Our clients are far more than a business relationship, they become friends over the years.”
